Target Audience: Teachers interested in learning more about the Chromebook and how to use it in the classroom
Recertification Credit: 3
Stipend: $50
Materials Needed: Teacher should bring a Chromebook if they have one. If not, one will be provided.

Description
Participants will receive a "crash course" in how to use the Chromebook and how it will be used in the classroom setting, especially in a 1:1 environment. Topics will include:
Getting to Know Your Chromebook (using the touchpad and keyboard, customizing the Chromebook, etc.)
Using Chrome and Google Apps for Education
Using Canvas on Your Chomebook
Classroom Management in a 1:1 Setting
