Description
This COP will focus on the development/revision of course syllabi for the School Transition to Adult Roles in Society (STARS), Vocational Transition (VT) and Transition to the Real World (TRW) programs and corresponding information for the official course guide in Canvas.
Course Outline
1. Participants will evaluate the effectiveness of the current model and timeline of services of the transition programs.
2. Participants will revise the current model and timeline of services of the transition programs.
3. Participants will revise/develop course syllabi for the transition programs.
4. Participants will update information in their Master Course in Canvas and submit revisions to the Technology Department for the Official Course Guide.
