Assistant Principal, Fair-Oak Elementary
This is my 10th year in education. I have previously taught at Westminster Elementary and Walhalla Middle School. Most recently I have taught Gifted and Talented half time and been assistant principal half time at Fair-Oak Elementary. At Fair-Oak my focus has been on utilizing MAP data in the classroom to help students succeed.

Description
Is the current initiative you or your school has implemented working? Is the John Collins Writing program benefiting your classroom or school? Is project based learning making an impact on your school or individual classroom? The purpose of our half day together will be to look at individual teacher data and or school wide data and determine whether or not our current initiatives are working.

Course Activities
The participant will analyze individual and or school wide data in relationship to the initiative in question.
