Description
Teachers will design 4-8 lessons using model ETR (Experience, Text, Relationship) from the book Reading and Writing Informational Text in the Primary Grades by Nell Duke and Susan Bennett-Armistead. They will relate the lessons to Math, Science, and ELA standards. They will create a STEAM project, relate it to text (article-read aloud or close read) and design a John Collins project, poetry journal or reading response that relates to the project.
