Description
At age 13, the Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) of students with disabilities enrolled in public education in South Carolina must address transition. The primary focus of the IEP is to help students achieve their post-secondary goals for education, training, independent living and employment. Participants in this course will learn strategies for helping students achieve their post-secondary goals and how to help them prepare for life beyond high school.
