Location: Walhalla High School
Date: Thursday, June 6th
Duration: 8-3:30 pm
Target Audience: 2nd-5th grade teachers who currently teach reading or are engaged in reading conferencing at their school. Must be open to learning new ideas and engaging in discussion
Recertification Credit: 6
Stipend: $100.00
Materials Needed: laptop, 1 inch three ring binder with dividers, pencil, highlighters

Description
Together we will explore the different kinds of reading conferencing strategies using Jennifer Serravallo's new book, A Teacher's Guide to Reading Conferencing. Participants will learn student-centered practices through discussion, videos, and on-line resources.
