Full course description
Increased frequency and severity of behavioral issues in students are interfering with teaching and learning and are requiring a new set of skills to address this issue. Teaching children and adolescents how to manage their emotional brain and regulate their feelings of anger, anxiety, and hyperactivity is key in correcting reactive behavior. Identifying the variables involved in triggering anger are important for the children/adolescents and for the adults who are involved in their lives in order to reduce behavioral issues.
