PLC Leadership: A Focus on Collaboration - Secondary

This session is designed to support and help prepare grade level and course team leads as well as guiding coalition members in leading collaborative meetings and other PLC initiatives within the school setting. Participants will engage in activities and discussion that develops knowledge and skills toward planning, facilitating, and supporting high functioning collaborative work in alignment with the Professional Learning Communities framework.  This session will be tailored to secondary teacher leaders.
