PLC Main Ideas and First Steps - Elementary

This session is designed to serve as an introductory experience into the Professional Learning Community framework. It will include the 3 "Big Ideas" and 4 "Critical Questions" of PLCs along with first steps and key components that will help ensure successful implementation.. Participants will have an opportunity the explore the basic tenets of professional learning communities as well as discuss current progress and next moves in implementation at their school. This session will be tailored specifically for the elementary level.
