Synergy: Communication & Groove

Synergy: Communication & Groove encourages participants to more closely examine communication in group settings and to creatively express thoughts and feelings with sound. Rhythm and group drumming activities are strikingly accessible, and together we assemble a “starter toolkit” to build confidence and develop skills which support meaningful interactions for all age levels. Previous musical experience is not required -we maintain a dynamic peer-learning environment through experimentation, support and structured play. Participants should expect active participation, fluid movement, sharing of equipment, and fun during this session.
