Course Description

Law Education serves as an introductory course to law and the legal systems in the United States.This course provides practical information and problem-solving opportunities to develop the skills necessary to understand the laws in our society. The course works to provide an understanding of the fundamental principles of authority, fairness, justice and responsibility that underlines our legal system.  Units will include introduction to law, criminal law vs. civil law, the judicial systems structure and how it works.
