Course Description
Art 3 begins where Art 2 ends and progresses into further advanced projects. Realistic and abstract forms are studied along with famous artists and movements. Projects and assignments demand greater evidence of mastery of subject and content than previous courses with the intent of expanding the student’s portfolio. Weekly sketchbook assignments encourage skill development. Recommended for students interested in the Gifted & talented course, AP course, or pursuing college art.
