In this session, Dr. Ann Marie Taylor, 2008 State Teacher of the Year, will help you remember the most important part of your job as an educator - the teacher-student relationship! In this interactive session, participants will learn about statewide and national research that suggests that positive culture and climate can make a BIG difference in our schools and our classrooms, especially for our struggling misunderstood kids. You will also learn how simple preventative behavioral techniques can be just want you need to fall in love with the profession again.
