Join Technology Integration Specialist & science teacher Jake Miller to explore ed tech tools and classroom-tested strategies for designing powerful blended learning experiences for all settings – remote, face-to-face, and hybrid. Participants will take deep dives into Flipgrid, EdPuzzle, Pear Deck or Nearpod, and Loom or Screencastify and learn how they can be used effectively in all settings to promote student learning, gather formative assessment data, enable differentiation, and support students’ social-emotional needs. Participants will engage with asynchronous videos and synchronous instruction about the strategies and tools, try out the tools on their own, and learn with classmates. The course will be hosted in Google Classroom, giving participants an experience with this learning management system from the learner perspective.
