Did you love Reading Rainbow as much as we did? We learned to love books, and we didn't just take LeVar Burton's word for it. Elementary students love to go to the library every week and pick out what THEY want to read, but things are a little different in middle and high school. Don't let their love of reading disappear -- include choice reading in your curriculum! Your media specialists want to help you utilize school resources to support your curriculum AND let the students choose what they are interested in reading. Rhonda Smith and Amanda Harris will share practical classroom applications and help you brainstorm ideas for next year.
