Indicator 13 Transition for IEPs

Wow! Three years have gone by fast! It is time for SDOC to participate in OSES Indicator 13 Compliance Monitoring again. These morning only workshops will help you write compliant transition IEPs in preparation for IEP submission to our friends at the State Department of Education.

September 5th | SHS

Part 1: Participants will learn how to write compliant post-secondary IEP goals for education, training and employment.

September 12th | WHS

Part 2:  Participants will learn how to select appropriate post-secondary assessments for students with disabilities and how to document transition services in students’ IEPs.

September 19th | WOHS

 Part 3: Participants will learn how to make other parts of an IEP align with students’ Course of Study and how to write measurable post-secondary annual goals.
